Meatless Monday – A Few Tips!

This week, we are going to share a few tips with you on how to get some plant-based proteins in your diet!

Beans are a great way to get iron, vitamins and fiber in your diet! Here are a few staple beans that we love:

- Black soybeans
- Yellow soybeans
- Garbanzo (Chickpeas)
- Kidney
- Lima
- Black-eyed peas
- Navy
- Fava
- Pinto
- Split Peas
- Cannellini (white beans)
- Turtle (black beans)

You can either pressure cook or boil you beans, whichever you prefer!

Enjoy your meatless monday, and have some beans with dinner tonight!
